The other night we were getting ready to go to bed when Vinnie spotted a bird flying in the kitchen. It was a little bird but now we are all on alert trying to catch the bird on the ceiling.
Daddy tries to contain us and the bird flew down the hallway into the bedroom. He was all over the place, the parents shut the door so we could not knock down everything in sight to get to the bird. It was a riot and a lot of naughty language.
Barney was in bed and he now thinks he’s an international hunter growling at the little bird flying around the room. It's bad enough he thinks he's the household security. He would not listen and it took dad forever to get Barney out of the room. Mom was helping us get a picture of little bird for our blog and daddy was getting frustrated because little bird did not fly out the window and he kept charging the parental units. Again, naughty language. It was so funny. Finally, little bird figured it out and flew out of the window.
I was thinking why did little bird not get in trouble for going potty all over the house and the parents who clearly spoke naughty talk, did not have a time out. It seems like a double standard to me. I was just wondering?
